I created this magical heart opening blend to heal with deep gentle rose love while chasing any dark ghosts and anxiety away.

It was made with strung out mamas especially in mind and was the first medicinal tea blend I ever created for the shop over 5 years ago.

Infused with the vibrational energy of Rose quartz this tea protects the heart chakra from emotional pain and gives strength against darkness.

Hand blended by me in small batches here in the Wild Yorkshire Dales, this flower blend is full of healing and supportive energy, based around these beautiful red rose petals, that "Give up the Ghost" giving the tea its name, if you watch you’ll see as they turn from pink to a ghostly white as you infuse them.

The floral calming tones of the red rose is paired with deeply nourishing nettle, calming lavender buds, anxiety soothing lemon balm and chamomile.

This blend is finished with a little nip of spearmint and eucalyptus to refresh, help clear and lift your energy and spirits.

All these ingredients are vibrationally infused with large chunks of beautiful Rose Quartz too for added bliss.

I love to use this blend for tea baths but especially for facial steams, haven’t got time? Just brew a pot to drink and steam your face above it while it brews!

Can be sipped on steamy hot or cold with ice and lemon!
