Q. Are Wolf Wytch products suitable for vegans?

A. Rest assured, all of our product are 100% vegan and completely cruelty free. Ⓥ

Q. I bought a candle but there seems to be some frosting in the glass?

A. 'Frosting' or 'Blooming' is a sign of a 100% natural wax and it no way affects the performance of the candle it's self. Frosting is a natural by product of tiny crystals that grow on the wax and they form when the wax is cooling after being poured. Frosting natural fixes it's self as the candle is burnt :)

Q. What about shipping - how long will it take for me to receive my order?

A. We use Royal Mail – the UK’s most trusted letters & parcels delivery company. Once your order has been packed, you will get an email from us with notification that we have completed your order.

The estimates listed below are the AVERAGE shipping time. Please bear in mind we are mainly a one woman operation (usually) and sometimes at busier times of the year (such as Xmas) shipping time will be extended. If this is applicable there will be a banner at the top of our site with the next shipping date/processing times and also an announcement on our social media. 

UK - 2-5 business days 

International - 2-3 weeks excluding customs processing times which can take up to 8 weeks. 

Q. I've placed an order for shop pick up, when can I collect?

A. We are curently only open on Fridays and Saturdays, 10-5 for shop pick up unless otherwise specified. 
The store is located at 34, Avenue C in Sneinton Market, Nottingham, NG1 1DW
There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon delivery of your shipment. You may be contacted via email or text from delivery company in your country and payment may be required in order to receive your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient.
I hope you are 100% happy with your purchase but in the instance you did want to return your product/s please e-mail me first - stating your order number and reason for return. 
Returns must come back to me in the same condition they were shipped, un-used, in original packaging and in pristine condition ready for re-sale. 
I can only refund products bought through our and .com websites. 
Returns are made at the buyers expense so I recommend using a tracked shipping service and must be returned within 21 days of purchase. 
Refunds will only be made on products, not postage costs.

Q. What is your privacy policy?

A. We take your financial & identity protection very seriously. That is why we process all payments through PayPal, which is one of the safest and most secure payment processing systems in the world. Any information that has been shared with us will not be supplied to outside parties except for the purpose of fulfilling an order.

We may use the information we collect to notify you of new products or special offers we think you will love. You may, of course, choose to unsubscribe by clicking on the relevant link in our emails.
