Refund policy
Q. What are your returns & exchanges policy?
A. We take great care in packaging and check every order thoroughly before it's sent out; however if goods arrive damaged, please do send a photo to us at hello@wolfwytch.com with the subject line: DAMAGED, and include your order number. We will review any complaint and do our best to rectify any problems!
Please note, as our products are mostly handmade they may vary slightly (as they are individually checked - we will never send out any products that are unacceptable) these do not constitute as damaged items.
If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us. The original delivery charge will be non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel. These are available free of charge at the post office. All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund, replacement or exchange will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 30 days of our notification.
All good are sent tracked and it is the customers responsibility to collect parcels from the local delivery office if there is no one at home at the time of attempted delivery.
Wolf Wytch is not responsible for any parcels that have been seen as delivered on tracking. We will however, do everything in our power to relocate the parcel to yourselves. It is the customers responsibility to re-arrange delivery for any returned parcels to Wolf Wytch due to non-failure of collection.
Please note that only products purchased through www.lunarandlux.co.uk will be accepted for return and refund.
Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected.
